    Q.1 What does account management include?

    TweetsByUs actively manages your company’s Twitter and Facebook accounts by directly implementing strategies including tweeting and posting, gathering content, attracting targeted followers, replying to comments, and creation of call to actions. We also help create and update social media strategies.

    Q.2 Can we still tweet on Twitter and make posts on Facebook ourselves?

    You will still have access to your social media accounts and have ability to tweet and to post. TweetsByUs will coordinate our activities with your company’s internal sources.

    Q.1 How do I get billed and make payment?

    Invoices are sent via email at the end of every 30-day period. You have 30 days from then to send payment by check to:

    Q.2 What is the cancellation policy?

    You can cancel at anytime, our agreement is month to month.

    Q.3 What are the terms of the 30-day free trial?

    Our service agreement includes a free 30-day trial period from the start date of service. After that, we continue service and send an invoice at the end of the billing period.
